My desire as a writer is to explore as broadly and deeply as I can, and so I’m trying to create a variety of genres of books. At an early age I claimed “I never want a novel” or “I want to never write a novel” or something like that. I meant that I want to create new forms of literature. I felt that if I were to write novels, the form itself would limit the world available for exploration. I’m not sure how successful I’ve been at writing a variety of genres, but I’ve given it my best shot.<\/p>\n

This website – Bird and Ocean dot com – I consider to be a new genre of literature (here’s what I mean<\/a>). And in this the pilot season of the website I’m publishing my first two books, each of which is in its own unique genre:<\/p>\n
